We will communicate and coordinate your care with your eye doctor throughout your LASIK journey to ensure that you enjoy the best vision possible for years to come. When you choose Indiana LASIK Centers, you can be confident in knowing that we will collaborate with your family eye doctor, who will be the one performing your before and after care, as well as your ongoing annual eye exams.

Our LASIK fee is $2,100 per eye – but your price may be lower! We offer a $150 per eye discount for those patients paying with cash, check or credit card. Many vision plans offer a LASIK discount, which we recognize and accept, up to 15%. Indiana LASIK Centers wants to ensure that patients who desire to see the world around them without the restrictions of glasses and contact lenses don’t let finances get in the way. Unlike many of our competitors, you do not have to come in to our office to receive a price quote, we will not upcharge for anything including enhancement programs, punctal plugs, or post-operative care!
- WE’RE COMMITTED TO YOUR VISION FOR A LIFETIME
Our Lifetime LASIK Program is a commitment to our patients to provide exceptional care throughout your lifetime. Enrollment is automatic when your initial laser vision corrective procedure is completed at Indiana LASIK Centers. The program allows your eye doctor to easily track your follow-up care to assure a lifetime of great vision. If ever needed, an enhancement is only $399, per eye.
